In India, the well-known news anchors serve informally as propaganda ministers. They want to combine religion with everything. They viewed the Palghar lynching as a conspiracy and held opposition leaders responsible. This is nothing new. The world over, propaganda media operate in the same way. The newscasters’ voices are beginning to resemble those of state television.
Private television channels treated as state television by many governments around the world. We occasionally feel that the lessons we learned while studying journalism were wrong.the duty of a journalist to keep a tab on the ruling government’s work and question it for matters of national interest. But journalists today fully understand that the future is bright if they spread disinformation to the public and divert attention away from the genuine issues.
It is shameful that opposition leaders and those who hold alternative ideologies are being defamed in India by news anchors. It is not journalism at all. They frequently disregard showing the bare minimal respect to others who hold opposing political ideologies.Similarly,Chinese and Russian state media frequently misleads the public and demonizes dissidents. Not all mainstream journalists, mostly news anchors, have fallen, but those who reject this style of reporting typically aren’t well-known!
