In November 2019, SLLS began providing free legal help to clients at its new office at 200 Guidry Drive, Hammond, LA. This location provides SLLS’ clients with an updated facility offering room for expansion, updated amenities, and easy-to-access parking. This location also provides SLLS additional office space to better accommodate increasing the number of civil legal aid attorneys and volunteers working to close the justice gap for vulnerable residents
